Shipping   Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within  3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times vary by location.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your order arrives  damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All   beverages are non-returnable.  Opened items cannot be returned. Only unused, sealed non-beverage products (if any) may be eligible for replacement.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.  Contact us within  7 days   of delivery to arrange an exchange.
